I've got until Feb. 25 to gather 3,000 valid signatures from voters in California's 5th District.
Will you help?
You can download circulator forms for your county by clicking the links below. Please gather as many valid signatures from registered voters as you can, and either return them to the candidate or turn into your county elections office by Thursday, 2/25. If you turn them in yourself, you'll need to complete the 'Circulator Affidavit' on the back side of each form. Otherwise, you can ignore that portion and focus only on collecting the signatures.
Note: if you print your own forms, they MUST be printed front-and-back (two-sided) or the county elections offices will not accept them. A separate form must be used for each county
