Nils to Lecture on Community Resilience at SSU

On Saturday, May 5th (Cinco de Mayo!), Nils will be offering a lecture on "Community Resilience and Political Revolution" at Sonoma State University's historic Rachel Carson Hall.

Nils will be giving a 1-hour presentation on his journey as a local community organizer, working in the Transition Towns movement to build local resilience and ultimately becoming Communications Director at the national nonprofit Transition US - and a candidate for United States House of Representatives!

This event is open only to SSU students enrolled in the "Work and the Global Future" class, but there is space for a limited number of friends and local volunteers to join this event.

If you're interested in volunteering at this intimate classroom event, please email Nils directly at votenils@gmail.com. Otherwise, tun in for the livestream on Facebook Live via the official Nils Palsson for Congress Page here.
